Simplegrowth is a two-person marketing agency based in Edinburgh, Scotland, operated by Simplegrowth UK Ltd, registered in Scotland with company number 899833. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, which means we decide what is collected and why.

Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, business name and your message. Our request a call form asks for the same, plus your phone number.
We use this only to reply to you and to talk about working together. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
If you email us directly we hold that correspondence, along with your email address and anything you choose to tell us in it.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect statistics about how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where in the world visitors are, and what kind of device they are on.
This data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous. It is tied to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your name, so we cannot tell who you are from it and we do not try to. It still counts as personal data under UK data protection law, which is exactly why we ask your permission before collecting any of it.
Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of delivering the site securely. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
The site sets no cookies at all until you accept them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga, which distinguish one visitor from another and expire after up to two years. Your accept or decline choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Declining after having accepted also deletes the analytics cookies already set.

Some of those providers are based in the United States, so some data is transferred outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Enquiries submitted through our forms are held in HubSpot's EU-hosted infrastructure.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you. Nothing on this site scores, ranks or sorts people automatically.
